Below are some of the questions frequently asked when students are enrolling at Improve your English International LLP.

How do I book?
The Course should be booked using the registration form on this website.
Booking will only be complete when you have completed all required fields and paid a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price of the course. 

 
What about my accomodation?
Please note that we do not book accomodation in hotels on behalf of the students; however you can find a list of hotels in Brighton and the surrounding area on our Website. Feel free to contact us for further information.

How can I pay?
We offer several ways to make your life with Improve Your English International easier. You can pay by:

- Pay pal: via our website
- Bank transfer: Improve your English International LLP
- cheque: write the cheque out to Improve your English International LLP
- or by credit card


Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we will confirm your place on the course once we receive the deposit, a
non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price of the course.
Balance is payable six weeks (42 days) prior to course commencement. For courses booked within six weeks of commencement, full payment is due at the time of booking.


Can I ask questions before I apply to the school?
It is important that you ask lots of questions. Send a quick message or contact the school by email info@iei.eu.com, or by phone +44 127 367 7775.

We will help you with advice about the courses, accommodation and any questions you may have.


What happens if I cancel my course?
If you cancel due to unforseen circumstances we will do our best to find you another course; if you cancel please see Terms and Conditions.


Is the school accredited?
We are accredited by The British Council and  all of our teachers are fully qualified.


What qualification do the teachers have?
All teachers have a degree and a recognised certificate in teaching English to foreign students. Furthermore, the majority of our teachers have 2 or more years experience before we employ them. Some teachers also have further qualifications in teaching


Are the teachers native English speakers?
We employ highly experienced and qualified native and non-native speakers.

How to get to Brighton?
By Sea
Dover is the nearest port for car ferries.
By Road
From Dover you will need to take the A20/M20 towards London (signs for London/Ashford) then exit onto M26 toward M23/M4/M25/Sevenoaks/A25. Finally you continue on M25 and then take the M23 exit to Brighton/Crawley. Total journey time about 2 hours.
By Rail or bus from London
Most services go to central London. So take the train or bus once in London.
Take the train from Victoria Station to Brighton Station (about 50min) or bus from Victoria Coach Station to Pool Valley Coach station, Brighton (about 2 hours).
